Project overview

Pcom proudly delivered the Noor Riyadh project from concept to execution, managing every stage of production to bring one of the world’s most ambitious light festivals to life. Working alongside key stakeholders, our team oversaw creative production, technical planning, logistics, and on-site execution, delivering a world class spectacle that transformed Riyadh’s skyline and set new global benchmarks. The project culminated in the achievement of six Guinness World Records, highlighting the scale, innovation, and precision behind the event.

End-to-End Project Delivery

From initial planning and technical design to installation, operations, and final execution, Pcom managed every aspect of the project. Our multidisciplinary team coordinated complex production requirements, advanced lighting technologies, drone operations, and large scale installations to ensure flawless delivery while meeting international standards.

The project earned six Guinness World Records, demonstrating the exceptional scale and innovation of the event:
